Stephanie Imhoff serves as a fractional CFO of Compass Experience Labs. With over 40 years of experience, she began her career with Ernst & Young before taking the position of CFO for a retail company, where she was responsible for all areas of Finance, Treasury, Real Estate and Risk management, and Capital and Business planning. She was instrumental in assisting in its growth to over $1 Billion in annual revenue.
Stephanie currently provides independent consulting services, specializing in strategic and financial planning, working with owners and executives to help them meet their goals and ensure the financial health of their businesses.
Stephanie, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, where she also served a 9-year term on its Board of Trustees.
